What an attacker could do
An exposed GraphQL endpoint with introspection enabled lets attackers map the entire schema, then craft deeply nested or batched queries to exfiltrate data or cause denial of service.
How to defend it
Disable introspection in production, enforce query depth/complexity limits and cost analysis, and require authentication plus field-level authorization on all resolvers.
