Pokemon Sleep Roster Analyzer

Team Optimizer for Pokemon Sleep Dish Cooking

Enter your Pokemon roster and the analyzer scores all 78 Serebii dishes against it, generating optimal 5-Pokemon teams for cooking and berry collection. Supports Snorlax preferences, Sunday pot bonuses, New Moon Day prioritization, and iCal schedule export.

How the Pokemon Sleep Roster Analyzer Works

Pokemon Sleep mixes sleep tracking with a long-running team-management game. Your roster of helper Pokemon collects ingredients while you sleep, and those ingredients combine into dishes that Snorlax eats across three daily meal windows. Picking which five Pokemon to deploy each day is a real optimisation problem. Every dish has its own recipe, every Pokemon has its own ingredient slots, speed, ingredient rate, and energy multiplier, and Snorlax has weekly preferences that double the value of certain dishes.

This analyzer scores all 78 documented dishes against your actual roster and suggests the best 5-Pokemon team for each. Paste or build your roster (name, level, tier, berry, selected ingredients, speed, ingredient rate, energy multiplier) and the tool runs the same calculations the game does internally: actual help cycles per meal window, expected ingredient collections, per-dish coverage scoring.

Game mechanics modelled

  • Meal windows. Breakfast has a 12-hour collection window, lunch and dinner are 6 hours each. Breakfast's longer window means slower Pokemon are still viable there but fall behind at dinner.
  • Ingredient finding rate. Pokemon do not collect on every help cycle. The analyzer uses Help Cycles × Ingredient Rate ÷ 100 per ingredient slot, giving realistic yields rather than theoretical maximums.
  • Sunday pot bonus. Sunday unlocks the larger ×1.5 pot recipes that don't fit any other day. The analyzer flags which Sunday-only dishes your roster can actually clear and which it cannot.
  • Snorlax favourite berries. The three favourites each week double the scoring weight of Pokemon whose berry matches.
  • New Moon Day. Optional toggle pins Darkrai on every suggested team for the monthly event.
  • Buff target. Force-include a specific Pokemon on every team when you're levelling them up through cooking.
  • Suggested buffs. Ranks the top five roster Pokemon worth forcing because their ingredients are short across one or more recipes, plus a missing-collector warning when nothing in your roster supplies a needed ingredient.

Output

Each scored dish shows daily coverage, missing-ingredient flags, Sunday-only badges, the suggested 5-Pokemon team for that dish, and per-meal feasibility. That last part answers whether your team can actually cook it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner given their collection windows. You can export a weekly iCal of deploy reminders so your phone tells you which team to deploy by when.

Who it's for

Mid- to late-game Pokemon Sleep players with 10+ usable helpers who want to stop guessing which dish to lock in for the week. Free, ad-free, runs entirely in your browser. Roster data stays on your device. The tool doesn't send anything to a server.

Importing your roster

Two ways in: add Pokemon one at a time using the inputs, or import a JSON file matching the schema in the example download (Pokemon name, level, tier, berry, selected ingredients with quantities, speed, ingredient rate, energy multiplier). The exported JSON is human-editable so you can keep a master roster file in version control and re-import after balance changes.
